Currently, we are looking for a candidate for the position of:
HELPDESK CONSULTANT – CZECH SPEAKER
Place of work: Lublin, Warszawa
Duties and Responsibilities
– Provide high quality customer service that exceeds the customers’ expectations
– Deliver efficient troubleshooting
– Assist customers with finding solutions through various communication channels
– Collaborate with other departments to resolve customer escalations within agreed timeline
– Meet deadlines with a fast paced environment
Required Qualifications
– Fluency in written and spoken Czech (C1/C2/ native)
– Very good command of English language (B2)
– Excellent communication skills and confidence dealing with customers
– Comfortable working in an technical environment with general computer literacy
– Analytical and problem solving abilities
– Self-motivation to meet and exceed individual and team targets
– Ability to work individually and part of a team
