In order to strengthen our new Financial Hub in Warsaw we are looking for a:
AR Analyst (Bulgarian speaker)
As part of the Warsaw Accounting Operations hub, this role is within the Accounts Receivable (AR) function, with extensive offshore support. It is an energetic team within MMC’s new Financial Hub which is part of the wider finance head office function. This role will provide accounting services to more than 30 countries within the EMEA region, across all MMC operating companies.
TO BE SUCCESSFUL IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL NEED TO:
- Coordinate cash and commission allocation process
- Prepare and analyse commission reports
- Perform journals reconciliation
- Prepare ad hoc, daily, or monthly reports on different purposes
- Participate in developing and implementing policies and procedures, including training/change management, for standardizing process and improving controls and performance.
WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
- University degree (preferably in finance/economics) and/or recognized Accounting qualification
- 1 – 5 years’ experience within a large Shared Service/BPO environment or in a similar role
- Very good command of Bulgarian and English
- Working knowledge of any ERP Accounting systems e.g. Oracle Financials
